Registering 24-Hour Relay team

  • $300 is the relay team setup fee, paid by the team captain.
  • The team captain assigns the team name and password.
  • Team captain and team members must use coupon code 'relay' to register them for free for the relay race
  • Team name and password will be required to join a relay team - ask your team captain for both.

Registering 12-Hour Relay team

  • $140 is the relay team setup fee, paid by the team captain.
  • The team captain assigns the team name and password.
  • Team captain and team members must use coupon code 'relay' to register them for free for the relay race
  • Team name and password will be required to join a relay team - ask your team captain for both.

Refund policy

  • 90% until May 18, 2026
  • 50% from May 19 until June 18, 2026
  • No refunds after June 19, 2025

Deferrals

  • Deferrals to another year are $10 per deferral until June 18, 2026, $50 from June 19 until July 18, 2026.
  • No deferrals after July 17, 2026

Transfer to another participant

  • Transfer to another participant is available at $10 per transfer until June 18, 2025, $20 from June 19 until July 16, 2026.
  • The recipient of the transfer pays a participation fee, plus the transfer fee.
  • Transferrer gets a full refund after a recipient of the transfer pays for the transfer and the registration fee.
  • The transfer must be requested by July 15, 2026, and completed by July 16, 2026.

Gift transfers

  • Gift transfers to another participant are $20 per transfer until June 18, 2026, $20 from June 19 until July 16, 2026.
  • The recipient pays a $10 or $50 transfer fee but does not pay the race registration fee.
  • The transferrer does not get any money back.
  • The transfer must be requested by July 15, 2026, and completed by July 16, 2026.
