Camping

Race participants can camp overnight from Friday night to Saturday in tents, small campers, and RVs for a nominal fee.

A designated tent area will be between the Camp's main parking lot and 5 Point Road by the baseball field.
The designated tent area is not on the race course. The race course will be about 40-50 yards from the race course and from the area where participants can set up individual aid stations for the race.
Wire signs will mark the camp area, and there will be wire signs set up at the parking lot directing to the designated camp area.
Campers can leave their tents until the race ends - as long as the camping area is vacated no later than 9 AM on Sunday.
Campers must follow the general camping rules.

Use the overflow parking lot to park Campers and RVs.
There won't be any hookups for your Camper or RV at the overflow parking lot or anywhere on the SunShine Camp's grounds.
The overflow parking lot is about 40-50 yards from the closest point on the race course.
Campers and TVs can stay on the overflow parking lot until the end of the race - as long as the SunShine Camp's premises are vacated before 9 AM on Sunday.
Owners of Campers and RVs must follow the general camping rules.

After 4 PM on Friday, the participants are allowed to arrive at Camp SunShine to set up their tents or park their Campers and RVs;
All the campers must vacate the SunShine Camp premises no later than 9 AM on Sunday;
There will be a port-a-potty set up by the parking lot for campers to use.
No bone fires on the campground.
No digging allowed.
No loud music.
And just be nice and respectful to the Camp's staff and fellow campers.

Please note that camping overnight at Camp SunShine is not a right but a privilege the Camp administration generously gives us.

Violators of any of these above rules will be disqualified from the race and asked to leave the premises immediately.
