Registering Relay team
- $140 is the relay team setup fee, paid by the team captain.
- The team captain assigns the team name and password.
- Team captain and team members must use coupon code 'relay' to register them for free for the relay race
- Team name and password will be required to join a relay team - ask your team captain for both.
Refund policy
- 90% until June 13, 2024
- 50% from June 14 until July 13, 2024
- No refunds after July 13, 2024

Deferrals
- Deferrals to another year are $10 per deferral until June 15, 2023, $50 from June 16 until July 11, 2024.

Transfer to another participant
- Transfer to another participant is available at $10 per transfer until June 13, 2024, $50 from June 14 until July 11, 2024.
- The recipient of the transfer pays a participation fee, plus the transfer fee.
- Transferrer gets a full refund after a recipient of the transfer pays for the transfer and the registration fee.
- The transfer must be requested by July 10, 2024, and completed by July 11, 2024.

Gift transfers
- Gift transfers to another participant are $10 per transfer until June 13, 2024, $50 from June 14 until July 11, 2024.
- The recipient pays a $10 or $50 transfer fee but does not pay the race registration fee.
- The transferrer does not get any money back.
- The transfer must be requested by July 10, 2024, and completed by July 11, 2023.
